Meringues-By twincooking
- 250g Sugar
- 2 egg whites
- A large spotless mixing bowl
- An eletric whisker
- Get 1 spotless mixing bowl and add the egg whites. Pre-heat the oven to 110 deg C
- Start wisking the eggs and when they form soft peaks start adding the sugar a table spoon at a time while your whisking.
- Carry on whisking untill they have formed thick peaks
- Place a peice of baking paper on a baking tray and spoon out the mixture into several small heaps or1 large heap.
- Put the meringues in the oven, close the door, turn it off and wait for 1 hour and DO NOT open the door before the time is up!!!
