1 sheet of jus-roll puff pastry
500ml carton of custard
some sugar
some milk
method:
- preheat the oven to 200C and cut your puff pastry into quaters
- fill 2 of the quaters with a smallish dollop of custard
- put one of the quaters that dosen't have custard on it on one that does and use a fork to crease the edges
- use your fingers to rub milk on the top
- sprinkle the top with sugar
- cook for 20 to 25 minuites
- enjoy
